Conversion of Assets

If your assets are of a traditional format, or dedicated team of conversion specialists are here to assist.
They are available to digitise your current asset portfolio, we could help you do this. We take your 2D
asset information and we beign our process by converting Archiectural /Structural layouts and
drawings into 3D. We then filter through your O+M manauals and schematics for mechanical equipment
and we convert these into 3D and asset data.
Finally we would store your digital information in the cloud on our Live BIM FM software.

- Understanding Your Asset
- We will sit down with your facility managers and estate managers to understand where your critical assets are.
- Surveying
- Our team of digital surveyors, will survey your asset on site, using digital survey tools.
- Understanding your O+M Manuals
- We will take your O+M (Operation and Maintenance) manuals which are in either paper format or digital format, scan these and make them accessable through our application.
- 2D Drawings
- If you have 2D drawings and schematics we will use these as part of our digital conversion process. These drawings will also be scanned and made available through our application
- 3D Conversion
- We will use your 2D Drawings and/or survey information if required to produce a precise 3D Representation
- Managing and becoming digital
- Once we have completed the conversion process, We will hand over to you all your digital assets, in 2d, 3d and all native file formats used.
